Topical medical device with dermoepidermal revitalizing action based on trichloroacetic acid (TCA), stabilized with kojic and mandelic alpha-hydroxy acids (alpha-HA). The innovative formula in gel allows TCA stabilization thanks to the strong and weak acids’ cocktail present in the formulation, dosed and mixed in stoichiometric manner that makes this treatment stable, safe, effective, and without any post-treatment visible sign.
Every 7-8 days for at least 4-6 sessions, according to medical opinion and purpose of treatment.
TCA - Trichloroacetic acid is a carboxylic acid that, when in contact with the skin, stimulates and activates Skin Stress Response System (SSRS) with proopiomelanocortin’s production (POMC) by keratinocytes.
MANDELIC ACID - Is an alpha-hydroxy acid of fungal origin with a high whitening and depigmenting action. It reduces the action of tyrosinase by chelating the copper present in the active part of the enzyme.
KOJIC ACID - This molecule is characterized by a high molecular weight which reduces the degree of skin penetration. It retards skin ageing, it acts against the superfcial lines and contrasts hyperpigmentation.
